Privacy and your data
Claudette runs on your computer and keeps what it knows there. This chapter says where its files are and what’s in them, what ever leaves your computer and when, and how your passwords and keys are kept. What Claude Code itself sends, such as your prompts to the model, is Claude Code’s and Anthropic’s business, and these pages say where Claudette ends and it begins.
Claudette collects nothing about you: there’s no account, no analytics and no telemetry. The privacy policy says so in full.
